Website Usage

Entry Ticket Booking Policy:

• Bookings made on Online mode is only through the website www.kodaikanalwildlifesantuary.com.

• Kodaikanal Wildlife Sanctuary does NOT operate any other online booking website and we take NO responsibility for losses suffered by guests who made bookings through any other website or travel agent.

• Payments have to be made in-full at the time of booking.

• Booking/Reservations are Non-Transferable.

• Rescheduling and Cancellations will be allowed only as per our Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.

• Check-in time and Check-out Times are mentioned in the program scheduled of each program and shall be strictly adhered to.

• Activities included in the programs are subject to the terms and conditions of each Program.

• During check-in, all guests who are Foreign Nationals are required to present their Original Passports with valid Visas. Details of Foreign Nationals availing our services shall be shared with Police authorities as required by law.

• Payment Gateway charges, Check-post entry charges, Taxes and Cess (as applicable by legislation) will be levied from the guests, the amount of the same will be displayed during online booking.

• During check-in, all guests who are Indian Nationals have to mandatorily produce any one of the below mentioned Government issued Identification Documents in Original.

Room Booking & Reservations Policy:

All bookings, enquiries, and reservations made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

1. Accept or reject bookings at our discretion

2. Modify pricing, availability, or schedules without prior notice

3. Cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, safety concerns, or government regulations

Visitors are advised to provide accurate information during booking and carry valid government-issued identification during their visit.

Wildlife & Environmental Guidelines

Visitors must respect nature, wildlife, and sanctuary regulations at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Littering or disposal of plastic waste

2. Feeding, teasing, or disturbing wildlife

3. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of illegal substances

4. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior

5. Damaging plants, trees, or natural habitats

Users are expected to follow all instructions provided by forest officials, guides, and authorized personnel.

Safety Responsibility

Visitors participate in trekking, safari, camping, and outdoor activities at their own risk. While reasonable safety measures are maintained, we are not responsible for:

Injuries, accidents, or loss during activities

Weather-related disruptions

Delays caused by natural conditions or government restrictions

Loss of personal belongings

Visitors are advised to follow safety instructions and stay within permitted areas.
